These terms cover the SZLKPassport account center and related ecosystem products, with a focus on account rules, payments, AI outputs, intellectual property, acceptable use, and liability boundaries.
You can read them as the governing document for service rules, risk boundaries, and commercial terms. If a product publishes supplemental terms, those supplemental terms control in that specific context.
Because SZLKPassport handles cross-product identity and will progressively carry shared payments and membership mechanics, these terms expressly address careful use of AI output, professional-advice disclaimers, and shared account rules.
These Terms of Service apply to SZLK.LTD, the SZLKPassport account center, and related products, websites, applications, content, features, and paid services including Mystic East, Cyannav, Possibility, and SeeVoid.
By accessing, registering for, purchasing, logging into, calling, or continuing to use these services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and related policies. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
SZLK services may include unified account and identity mapping, AI generation and analysis tools, content and automation workflows, strategy guidance, business and traffic support features, payment and subscription management, and cross-product handoff or ecosystem-linking capabilities.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, interfaces, models, plans, pricing, quotas, or technical implementations within a reasonable business and legal scope.
SZLK Passport is intended to provide unified registration, login, verification, and identity mapping across multiple products in the ecosystem. A single Passport account may be linked to multiple product accounts, but this does not automatically mean that memberships, credits, storage quotas, content licenses, or commercial commitments are shared across products.
You understand and agree that, in order to provide unified account capabilities, we may process your unified user identifier, email, verification state, product linkage information, and security audit records.
Some SZLK services depend on AI models, search engines, automated workflows, or interpretive frameworks. Related outputs may contain errors, bias, omissions, incomplete information, outdated information, or content that is not suitable for your specific circumstances.
Mystic East, Cyannav, and any other interpretive, suggestive, analytical, or generative features do not constitute medical, mental health, legal, tax, investment, financial, or other regulated professional advice. You must exercise independent judgment and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional before relying on any output.
The services may depend on third-party cloud providers, payment processors, email providers, AI models, search vendors, or media-processing vendors. If those third parties experience outages, rate limits, restrictions, price changes, capability changes, or legal or policy changes, our services may be affected in performance, content, speed, or availability.
We use reasonable efforts to keep services available, but we do not guarantee that any service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, absolutely secure, or permanently tied to any specific model, provider, interface, or feature.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to some or all services if you breach these Terms, create a security risk, fail to pay amounts due, misuse the services, infringe the rights of others, affect platform stability, or where the law requires us to act.
You may stop using the services at any time, but stopping use does not automatically release you from fees already incurred, liabilities already triggered, or provisions that survive termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SZLK and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or lost opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the relevant service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability. If you did not pay for the relevant service, the cap is one hundred U.S. dollars or the minimum alternative amount permitted by law, whichever is higher.
If your content, your conduct, your breach of these Terms, your infringement of third-party rights, or your unlawful use of the services causes us to face claims, losses, fines, investigations, costs, or attorneys’ fees, you agree to indemnify us to the extent permitted by law.
Except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise, these Terms and disputes related to your use of the services are governed by the law that has a proper jurisdictional connection to SZLK.LTD and are subject to the courts or dispute bodies with jurisdiction over SZLK.LTD’s principal place of business.
Before formally initiating a dispute, you agree to first contact us at passport@szlk.ai and attempt to resolve the issue in good faith at the lowest practical cost.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure or delay in exercising a right does not waive that right.
We may update these Terms where needed for business, legal, or security reasons. Updated versions will be posted on this page and become effective when posted or on any later date stated on the page. Your continued use after the update means you accept the updated Terms.
